Custom matter

Items can be seized by Canada Border Services Agency when entering Canada when a traveler is over the traveler exemption or forgets to make a declaration of the items even if the items were previously declared. If this applies to you, you have options to address the customs officer’s decision, whether or not you have already paid the taxes and/or fines. I can assist you in seeking recourse and in proving that the items should not have been seized and taxed.
